Nai Thon Bay is nestled in one of the most beautiful areas, amidst unspoiled rain forest, yet is only minutes from the busier more lively areas as well as Phuket International Airport.
It is only accessible by two roads at either end of the beach which gives it that wonderful isolated feeling you want from a tropical paradise. At sea level the roads meet and run parallel to the sea and the beautiful stretch of sand that is Nai Thon Beach. If you are looking for the perfect luxury home, Nai Thon may is perfect and due to this area being protected as being a part of the Sirinat National Park- it will never become overdeveloped.
Property here is great for investment, especially throughout the peak season. Rentals have always been attractive in this area, and buyers of property in Nai Thon should be rewarded by high occupancy rates. There are a number of high end luxury villas and condominiums in this area for sale.
As you would expect from a low density area, the beach is always relatively quiet. It’s also relatively unspoiled and offers an amazing place to chill out and enjoy the scenery.The sea is crystal clear but sand banks make the waves higher than at other beaches. It’s not an overly long beach, but it is a gorgeous stretch of sand, with rocks on either end where snorkelling is great.
