This Spectacular Hillside Villa is a 4-bedroom, 5-bathroom property perched on a raised headland of 50m and located on the west coast of Phuket – in Surin, and is home to the islands most exclusive and stunning coastline. 

The villa is one of 5 exclusively designed properties on a secure private development, with an on-site management office taking care of the estate and maintenance including the pools and gardens.  Decoration and design is contemporary modern Thai, the living accommodation features a blend of solid wood and terrazzo flooring, while black fired-slate is used extensively in the bathrooms. Guests will feel comfortable and welcome with the villas amenities.

The villa has an internal area of 550 SQM, and a further 500 SQM of terracing, gardens, and balconies.  Accommodation is laid out on 3 levels and offers adequate space to sleep and cater for 8 adults comfortably. 

Main Living and Dining Area

The main living and dining room also share the magnificent view of Surin bay and beach, there are several terraces and balconies leading off from this room that allows you to enjoy al-fresco dining and those sun-downers.  There is an 8-seater dining table inside the room and a bar table on the terrace that features an awning to protect from the sun while dining.  There is a quality Sonos HiFi system, a 55” Smart TV with surround sound, and sufficient cozy chairs to relax on.

Master Bedroom

A wooden spiral staircase leads to the vast top-level master suite that includes a King-sized bed, a comfortable sitting area, and a small office area. The bathroom features a large, hand-made terrazzo bath, a separate shower, and twin washing basins.  There is a 12 metre private sun-deck spanning the width of the room. 

Guest Bedroom

The guest suite is located on the main level, and features the same magnificent view of Surin Bay.  There is a King-sized bed and the sliding doors open onto a large terrace where you can access the pool and the outdoor Sala. The bathroom features twin wash-basins and a separate sunken bath and shower.  

3rd & 4th Bedroom

The lower level features a secluded walled garden area and extensive wooden decking where the remaining 2 bedrooms and gym are located.  The bedrooms on this level are also generously proportioned, featuring king-sized beds and solid wood flooring.  The en-suite bathrooms have a mixture of terrazzo flooring and black fired-slate tiling.

Outside Terrace

Featured here are a pond, an 18-meter-long L-shaped infinity pool, and a Sala.  There is adequate room for sunbathing and relaxing on the terraces, where the eaves of the roof provide shade if required. 

The gym has running and elliptical exercise machines and is air-conditioned to keep you cool during workouts.

chauffeur services if required.
