Hidden amongst the verdant gardens of a private estate in Phuket, the 3-bedroom Baan Kata offers a homely stay to families and long stay guests. The earthy three-bedroom villa, name literally meaning ‘Happy House’, is built over two levels and has long verandas with fabulous sea views. At one end of the veranda, find a luxurious jacuzzi, a great spot to cool off and relax. Spacious and furnished with wicker furniture, the villa has three bedrooms and a total capacity of six people. Villa staff keeps the house in order, and a private chef can be hired for an extra charge.

Indoor living includes a cozy living and dining room with homely wicker furniture, with a lovely bright and airy atmosphere. The dining area has a table that seats up to 6 people, and the kitchen is large and well equipped. All indoor areas offer outstanding views of the Andaman sea. Outdoor living features a long terrace that runs along the length of the villa, with an outdoor sunken Jacuzzi and sun loungers.

Guest are allowed free access and use of the estate clubhouse, which includes a fitness center, tennis court, café, and swimming pool.
