Villa Momo, an exclusive five-bedroom villa located in Kata Hill in Phuket.

The villa can easily accommodate up to 14 people. Villa Momo, with its infinity pool overlooking the ocean and Kata Beach, has five bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, a modern home theatre area with surround sound, a games room with a full bar and a convenient laundry room. The villa also features an enormous open living room with an eclectic mix of furnishings. The spacious balconies, expansive roof top terrace, fully equipped Western kitchen, Italian tiled floors, air conditioning, CCTV and 24-hour security all exemplify a glamourous lifestyle guests can enjoy while in the villa.

Daily & Weekly Rental

• Maid service 6 times per week
• One week booking, airport transfer complimentary

Monthly Rental (for 30 plus nights stay)

• Rate includes maid service 5 times a week and linen change 2 times a week
• Rate excludes electricity; charge is THB 6/kw., Water is THB 80/cubic meter

Additional Services

• Airport transfer: 1200 THB/way OR VIP van for 1,400 THB/way
• Grocery shopping on arrival (+20% service fee)
• Laundry & Dy Cleaning service (+20% service fee)

Payment Terms

• Non-refundable deposit – booking charge 30% of total booking cost
• Balance to be paid 30 days before arrival date
• Refundable damage deposit 30,000 THB or equivalent
